ABBI was started by Andrew Baumann in Miami and specializes in the construction of fine custom luxury homes.

Andrew’s fascination with unique thoughtful architectural designs and making amazing architecture come to life as it was thought and intended comes not from being a builder but is driven by his pure love for making and creating beautiful things.  Whether it be making delicious food, moments, connections, or building precisely following the design intention, ABBI brings designs to life.  Each build represents experience, moment, event, and is the story of the company’s growth and commitment.

The Story.

After learning the ropes working for a premiere national builder, I learnt the many steps involved and how complicated the construction process was even for simple homes. I fell in love with building, but I wanted to build beautiful uniquely complicated high quality fine homes. It was then in 1991 that my journey to fine building began. 

Guided by my beliefs, values, and driven by the desire to fill a need for a higher quality build and builder, I sought to build a brand that transformed thoughtful architectural design imagination and thinking into reality ensuring exceptional care in every home we build.

After a few years collaborating with many of the best architects, and building their designs, I gained experience, confidence, respect, and carved out a niche known for quality custom building. 

My experience drives me to this day.
